Originally from the UK Will has worked within the construction industry for over 15 years.  He's worked as a designer, he's been a client and he's been a contractor.  These diverse range of roles has given him a broad understanding of construction and a wide range of skills.  From bridges, motorways, pipelines, pump stations, rail and solar farms he's built most things.  Even though he's from the UK, the consensus is that he's alright.

Whether he's behind a laptop being a keyboard warrior or out onsite marshalling the troops, his resourcefulness and pragmatic approach are on display.  He's the link between the field and the office.

Cliff has worked in construction for over 35 years.  He's got his 10,000 hours in most construction machinery but get him in a dozer or an excavator and special things happen.

He's worked in Europe, Africa and across Australasia operating plant and leading teams.

Commonly referred to as 'The Man', Cliff's a doer, a problem solver and the person that people call who need a solution or a difficult situation fixed.

Cliff Loves a challenge and relishes Block of Line rail jobs that have short duration, high output and very tight/definitive deadlines.

Scott has worked in construction for over 30 years.  He's been a licensed building practitioner for 15 years and has built everything from bespoke homes, public amenity buildings such as libraries and hospitals to niche commercial buildings like mechanical depots.

He's worked in Europe and across Australasia wielding his tools and leading site teams

Scotties's BPM has never nudged over 100, in situations that would melt most people he maintains his calm, cool and collected demeanour. Whether he's running a crew of 1 or 50 onsite you,ll always get the same high standard and quality finish. Captain consistency.
